What it does
Chair: Simon Damborg (interim) / Head of Coaching Development TBD
- Oversees the creation and maintenance of CFFF-accredited coaching pathways.
- Responsibilities:
- Develop NCCP-aligned curriculum in partnership with Coach.ca and Sport Canada frameworks.
- Establish multi-level certifications covering programming, competition coaching, and athlete development.
- Integrate Youth and Adaptive LTAD pathways to ensure inclusive progression.
- Coordinate with the Technical Officials and Adaptive Committees to maintain consistency in sport education and safety.
