What applies to me

Find yourself, and read the documents that bind you. A document the board has not yet approved binds nobody — where that is the case, this page says so rather than implying otherwise.

Athletes

Anyone competing at a CF3-sanctioned event, and anyone named to Team Canada.

Coaches and team leaders

Anyone coaching or leading athletes at a CF3 event or on a Team Canada trip.

Technical officials

Judges and head judges working the floor at a sanctioned event.

Committee members and chairs

Anyone appointed to a CF3 standing committee, and the director who chairs it.

Governance is only half of it

Publishing the rules is the easy part — the federation runs because people volunteer to do the work. Committees, officials, event hosts: there is a way in at every level.
