Raise something
No login needed. Use the feedback form and pick 'Conduct of a person', or write to the address below. A complaint from an athlete carries no fee; the by-law's filing fee applies only to an administrative complaint from a non-member, and may be waived. If you are not sure which of the three applies, write anyway and say so.

A call at an event
Decided on the floor by the Head Technical Official, under the competition rules, while the event is running. It is not a governance complaint and does not come here.

Conduct by a member
A breach of a code of conduct is handled under Section IX of the General By-law. Write to the address below and say what happened, when, and who was involved.

A question about a document
Anything in the register — what a document means, when it was approved, or why a row says it is still awaiting the board. Same address, and you will get an answer.
