The register

Every document

CF3 publishes this in accordance with its obligations as a national sport organisation. Each document sits at a permanent address that does not change when a new version is approved, so a link to a CF3 policy always resolves to the text currently in force. The version, approval date and governing motion are recorded inside each document.

Published at https://cf3.thesport.fit/governance/documents — the addresses shown beside each link are relative to that site. Retrieved October 19, 2026.

Meeting records

58 documents

The federation's meetings, in public form. The board's and each committee's records list the decisions carried at a meeting, once the body has adopted the minutes they are taken from. The president's records say who CF3 met on members' behalf, why, what was discussed and what came of it. None of these are the minutes themselves: the discussion behind a decision, the attendance list, and anything dealt with in camera — personnel, complaints, legal advice, commercial terms, and anything concerning a minor — are minuted separately and held on the register for directors.

Corporate filings

23 documents

Records of what CF3 has filed with Corporations Canada — who its directors were and when, and the annual returns confirming the corporation is in good standing. These are evidence that a filing was made, not instruments that govern anything, so they carry a filing date rather than an adoption date and are never put to the board. Certified copies as filed; personal contact details and signatures are redacted, and unredacted copies are available from Corporations Canada.

Finances

2 documents

What CF3 took in and what it spent, year by year. The members receive the financial statements at the annual general meeting; publishing them here means anyone considering joining, sponsoring or sanctioning with CF3 can see the same figures without asking. Registration fees for an IF3 World Championship are collected from athletes and remitted to IF3 — that money passes through the federation's accounts without ever being its income, so it is shown on its own line rather than netted against revenue. Statements are unaudited unless the statement itself says otherwise.

  • Financial Statements 2024–25

Statement of revenue and expenses for 2024 and 2025, and the statement of financial position as at 25 July 2025. Unaudited. Prepared from the federation's books and presented to the members.

  • Where the Nationals Money Went (2026 season)

A plain-language accounting of the 2026 National Championships season: money in, money out, and Team Canada at the IF3 Worlds. Kept as a web page, updated as the season closes; published before the 2024-25 statements and not a board-approved statement.

Canadian sport system

8 documents

The national and international standards CF3 is bound by or aligns with, published by the bodies that own them: Sport Integrity Canada's safe sport rules and code of conduct, the Canadian Sport Governance Code, Sport Canada's strategies and the international guidelines on integrity in sport. Each link opens the publisher's own current edition rather than a copy held here, so what you read is what is in force.

Older versions are kept and stay accessible from each document’s row. French editions appear beside a document when published.

Awaiting board approval? CF3 members can read the drafts open for comment and write to the board before it decides.
