- Ensures fair, equitable, and inclusive competition for adaptive and para-athletes within the CFFF system.
- Responsibilities:
- Develop adaptive movement standards, divisions, and competition rules aligned with iF3 and Paralympic models.
- Create classification systems and competition pathways for adaptive athletes.
- Collaborate with Athlete Services, Coaching Curriculum, and Technical Officials to ensure accessibility and fair judging.
- Promote awareness, training, and inclusion initiatives across all committees.
