Quebec Functional Fitness has announced their qualifying process for the 2025 IF3 World Championships!
Athletes from Quebec MUST qualify via this method. Athletes from other provinces will wait to hear from their PSOs qualifying process.
Athletes who's province does not have a PSO will follow CFFFs qualifying process (coming soon).
Event Information
Event Details
Length of season: 4 weeks
Registration period: From November 1, 2024 at 12:00 to January 19, 2025 at 10:00.
Registration: Participants must pay their registration fees and be a member of a partner center affiliated with the FQEFS to have access to the 2024-2025 season.
Competition dates:
- Week 1: Monday 13th Sunday 19th January
- Week 2: Monday 20 to Sunday 26 January
- Week 3: Monday January 27 to Sunday February 2
- Week 4: Monday 3 to Sunday 9 February
Regulation:
- IFFF standards apply .
- **Two levels of competition are offered for each age category:**Scaled (regular) and Rx (advanced)
- Please note: Athletes cannot change competition levels during the season.
For the 2024-2025 season:
- Athletes registered at the regular (scaled) level must have their events judged, but do not have to film their events.
- Athletes registered at the advanced level must have their events judged and filmed (Wodproof or other). The video must be shot continuously and contain an introduction of the athlete, the loads/measurements of the wod, and a timer must be visible at all times.
Results and video entries must be made by 11:55pm on the Sunday preceding the following competition week.
No exceptions will be granted.
