Event Details
The Engineered Bodies Community Throwdown Fundraiser is a scaled down version of the legendary Ruben’s Throwdown events we used to put on before the pandemic. Teams of four athletes (ideally made up of 2 veteran, 2 newbies) will test their fitness and team chemistry against four challenging and inclusive workouts. There will be a community social at a local restaurant or brewery (location TBD) after the event and there will be team prizes and awards.
