Finding a club, setting your home club, and registering a club with CF3.

Finding a club

Open Clubs for the directory of clubs across Canada, as a list or a map. Registered clubs are marked; the rest are listed so you can find them and they can be claimed. Each card links to the club's page with its roster, upcoming events and contact info.

Setting your home club

You can do this yourself: open Edit Profile and pick your club under Home club. A club manager can also add you from the club's roster. Either way the club shows on your profile and you appear on theirs.

You can be affiliated with more than one club — useful for athletes who train at one gym and compete with another. The first one listed is your primary affiliation.

My Club

My Club shows the club where you're listed, their upcoming events, and other members affiliated with the same club. If you're a club manager, you'll also see editing controls.

Registering a club

A Club Annual Membership registers a gym with CF3 and gives it a detailed club page — its athletes, its standing on the volunteer leaderboard — and its events listed and shareable on the national calendar.

  1. Sign in and open the Club Annual Membership.
  2. Pick your club from the directory — or create it there if it isn't listed yet — and check out.
  3. Once payment clears, the club is marked registered and you are its manager. Edit the page — roster, contact info, social links, hero image — from the Edit button on the club page.

Club managers

Whoever registers the club becomes its manager. A manager can:

  • Edit the club page
  • Add and remove members from the roster
  • Submit events on behalf of the club

To add a second manager, or to take over a club someone else registered, email info@functionalfitnessfederation.ca.

Removing yourself from a club

Change your home club on Edit Profile, ask a club manager to remove you from the roster, or email info@functionalfitnessfederation.ca and we'll handle it.
