Start your journey toward becoming a certified Technical Official (TO) for Functional Fitness in Canada and internationally!

Step 1: Review Course Materials

Before taking the certification test, you must review the required materials:
📘 Essential Reading:

• IF3 Introduction – Overview of international officiating standards.
• CFFF Study Material – Canada-specific guidelines for Technical Officials.
• IF3 Competition Rulebook – Official competition regulations.
• IF3 Movement Standards – Detailed movement criteria and judging requirements.

Step 2: Take the CFFF Level 1 Technical Official Test

Once you have reviewed the materials, you may proceed to the CFFF Level 1 TO Online Test.

Test Information:

✅ Passing Score: 80%
✅ Results Notification: After submitting your answers, you will receive an email indicating pass/fail status.
✅ Certification Approval: Once a pass result is submitted, a CFFF board member will review your results and update your official status to Level 1 Technical Official.

To Qualify for Level 2 Training

To be eligible for Level 2 Technical Official Training, you must first gain hands-on experience:

• Judge online or local competitions as a Level 1 TO.
• Attend a Level 2 training session, which includes an advanced movement standards review.

Level 2 Training seminars will be offered prior to CF3 Sanctioned events and competitions.
