Register your club
Put your gym on Canada's functional fitness map, and help build the sport where you train.
Build the sport
Why it matters
Help functional fitness become a recognised sport
Recognition in Canada is measured partly on registered clubs in every province. Every club that registers is counted toward it. The road to recognition explains what else it takes.
Keep the national federation running
CF3 is volunteer-run and funded by athlete and club registrations. That is what runs the National Championships, the technical officials program and Canada’s place in the International Functional Fitness Federation.
A national pathway for your athletes
Your members compete in one national system: provincial seasons, qualifiers and the National Championships, and on to the iF3 World Championships with Team Canada.
Trained officials from your own floor
Your coaches and members can train as technical officials. Level 1 is free and online, and every event they judge counts toward the next level. About the TO pathway.

What your club gets
A full club page
Your logo, a hero image, contact and social links, your roster of athletes and your upcoming events, on a page you edit yourself.
Marked registered in the directory and on the map
Registered clubs show as registered in the club directory and get a full pin on the club map. Clubs that are not registered are greyed out.
Your events on the national calendar
Each event gets its own page on the national calendar, where athletes, officials and volunteers RSVP, share it and follow the link to register.
Circle21 competitions, brought in for you
Run your competitions on Circle21? CF3 brings them onto the calendar every night and publishes them straight away, with the workouts and their movement standards as they are released. Tell us your Circle21 organiser page and we do the rest. See it on the 2026 Fraser Valley Throwdown, whose workouts came straight from Circle21.
Your athletes, linked to your club
Members choose your club as their home club and it shows on their profile, and you can add and remove people from your roster yourself.
Run it yourself
Whoever registers the club becomes its manager: edit the page, manage the roster and submit events on the club’s behalf. Want a second manager? Email us and we add them.

We share your events
CF3 shares registered clubs’ events on its social media, so your competitions, open days and training sessions reach athletes across the country, not just your own members.
Hosting a competition?
Get it sanctioned
A Sanctioned Event License ($100) makes a competition an officially sanctioned CF3 event. Its workouts and movement standards sync automatically from Circle21, and a club holding a license counts as registered too. Submit your event to start.

How to register
