Please read what we can and can't refund before submitting, then tell us what happened and attach your receipt or proof of purchase.
Membership refunds
We refund membership charges where you were charged a duplicate at any point during our transition between cf3.thesport.fit and Circle21.
Event refunds
If you had to withdraw due to injury, we offer a partial refund — less the cost of your shirt and placard. Those are already made for you: pick them up at an event, or pay to have them shipped.
We do not refund withdrawals for any other reason.
Every dollar stays in the sport
CF3 is a non-profit national governing body — nothing is taken out as profit. Every dollar that comes in is an investment in the future of the sport: developing athletes, running better events, and training the officials and building the standards that make a Canadian result mean something.
We publish our event financials in full, down to the line item, so you can see exactly what your money built — view the 2026 Nationals financials. That's also why we read every refund request properly rather than applying a blanket rule: the money is the community's, and we treat both sides of that seriously.
