Where Your Money Goes
100% of the money CF3 receives goes back to its athletes or the development of the sport. No one on the CF3 board is paid for the work and countless hours they contribute. Our official financials are posted as required for non-profit and Sport Canada compliance, and we've also put together a more detailed, easier-to-understand summary showing exactly where the money has gone and is going: 2026 Nationals Budget
That said, we don't want to "force" donations on those who can't afford them, so we do our best to offer refunds where needed.
Membership Refunds
If you were double-billed the annual $15 fee during our transition from cf3.thesport.fit to Circle21, please use the form below to request a refund.
If you don't want a refund but would like to confirm you won't be double-charged (we've done our best to ensure this, but it's always worth double-checking), log in to your account to see your current membership status and which system you're subscribed through (C21 or CF3 Stripe).
2026 Nationals Refunds
We do our best to fulfill refund requests for injuries, but we don't provide refunds for changing your mind. We've heard your feedback and are committed to improving communication for future events — but that doesn't change our refund policy for this year.
If you're requesting a refund due to injury, please fill out the form below and provide some form of documentation. CF3 will refund as much of your registration fee as possible, minus the cost of your t-shirt and name card (if you registered early enough to receive one). Reach out to us by email to arrange pickup of your shirt or name card, or we can ship it to you (shipping costs will be deducted from your refund).
We'll work through refund requests as quickly as possible, but again, we have to prioritize time-sensitive board items (Team Canada, Worlds, uniforms, etc.). We appreciate your patience.
